Location: so near to the beach, and bus stop right outside hotel.

The location is good. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Close to the airport. 300 m to the beach. A supermarket an a lot of restaurants nearby. A nice swimming pool area. Good sunbeds. Good food. Big and clean room. The aircondotione which was not working at the moment was fixed immediately.

My room was on the ground floor, faced the yard and was just above some household building.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very quite area, very close to honey in individual portions and the aquarium and the beach and shops, bars and restaurant. The breakfast was perfect with yogurts and sweets, as example and frequently replenished...

Perfect location for enjoying bars and restaurants near the hotel. Its proximity to a bus stop. Large breakfast and modern, brilliant rooms;))

Unhelpful staff, bad smell in wc

We got a room with a bath.

Definitely close to the beach. Next to the bus stop ( No15, 25 to Palma, No21 to the airport or opposite direction all buses run to Arenal). Next by small supermarket with with very friendly staff. Quite good food in the restaurant, and they offer different meals every evening, so there is no monotomy. Hard working waitress Rene - she was really nice, a star !

Some staff members are not very polite ( front office, restaurant or housekeeping). Hardly you can not find anyone ready to help ! Surprised sometimes by their ignorance towards guests !

accessible to public transport from the airport and palma, bus stop is right outside the hotel and its in an area which is parking free streets--its good value for money.

Hotel with many rooms, pretty clean with drier. (Can also be fully booked with short notice) gym sauna small internal pool and big outside Breakfast is pretty good standard and with a variety of breads, croissants, ham, cheeses eggs, and cereals Hall is big and 3 star standard Location is not so busy but close to other "amenities"

Can not fault it for a local 3 star! Some reviews give few negative notes to the staff, is not like that, they are good. I feel the hotel is big and may need more staff or reward them more for the work; there are chances they cold get annoyed if is very busy. However they have all been very friendly with me, front desk could even speak italian (and I could understand spanish) I dont think they have a lot of surveillance systems

The hotel was really close to the beach with easy access to the airport and Palma (several buses stopped just in front of it). Breakfast was surprisingly good with a range of food to choose from.

Upon arrival, my friend strained her ankle on the uneven steps of the hotel leading to the basement. We were given a room that had dirty sheets (!), and only 1 set of towels for 2 people, and one of the beds was broken (!). When me mentionned this, the staff changed the sheets, but as for the bed, we were told to wait till next day because the hotel was full...(So we had to use it for 1 night !) However, come next day, the bed was still unchanged when we returned to our room. When we complained again, they wanted to give us another room on the ground floor, which smelled and had mouldy walls (avoid room 10) !!! Obviously, we opted out...and finally managed to convince the grumpy staff to change the bed, which was done in 5 minutes then... This experience somewhat lessened the pleasure of our stay in Mallorca.

Hotel itself - a good value for money, if good deal. Near the airport, but no noise of planes at all. Can Pastiilla - good and calm, family- and more aged population-, German- oriented location, with good offer of services (restaurants for any budgets, car/bike rentals, foodstores), near the beach. A pleasant place for leasure bike activities. The capital Palma can be reached on a taxi for 12 eur (bus tickets for a group of 4 will cost 10 eur). Visit Palma and esp. Valdemossa for some authenticity and Cap Formentor for some nature

None of the chefs knew anything about food without gluten !! I was sick every evening, and I asked every evening what I could eat. Hotel did not answer email about food which was very bad in my opinion and I told them that but they didn´t care. None of our credit cards where accepted when we arrived late at night, so we had to walk out in the rain to find an bank automat and withdraw cash to be able to check in to our rooms :)

Excellent air conditioning kept our room cool even in the summer heat.

Key cards malfunctioned several times, causing unnecessary frustration.

I kindly requested double bed not two single joined together, therefore it was uncomfortable, cleanliness, balcony and indoor swimming pool

View was good as long as you are on at least the 4th floor. Very simple room but clean and comfortable. Good bar and entertainment that is aimed towards an older crowd. Internet is only available in the lobby.
